Macedon Villa, located in central Kyneton was built in 1872. It is a Victorian Gothic delight surrounded by beautiful formal gardens. The property has been lovingly restored by the owners and Dettmann Homes are honoured to have completed the major renovations and landscaping on this property.

We have assisted the owners in updating the original home’s interiors, as well as a major project – recreation of the original 24 posted return verandah, complete with a double row of iron lacework and new period-tiled flooring with bluestone sills/coping and facings. We also completed new timber fencing, bespoke entrance gates, brick work repointing, bluestone landscaping, lawns, gardens and irrigation to all areas of the property.
