Meet Maisey
Meet Maisey – our newest team member. She is a beautiful 10 week old Blue Heeler puppy and has been a wonderful addition to the Dettmann Homes Office, greeting all visitors with wagging tail friendly hello. Maisey is Damien’s little helper and has been enjoying rides in the Aftercare Van, assisting Damien with various maintenance and service works.
Rodney Project Complete
At the end of this Quarter we saw three projects reach completion. Our Rodney Project comprised of a large Extension, Bathroom Renovation, Reroof and Replacement of Upstairs Windows, Decking and Pergola works, Exterior Brickwork and other miscellaneous tasks to create the perfect home for our clients and their family.
We thank our team for their exceptional work and tenacity, and our clients for entrusting us in bringing their vision to life. We look forward to sharing completion photos of our Mitchell and Begg Projects in Quarter 2.
Welcome to the Team Ashley, Joanne and Harrison!
We are excited to have three new Carpentry Apprentices join our wonderful team; Ashley (pictured), Joanne and Harrison. Ash started his career in Horticulture and late last year, decided he wanted to expand his knowledge and skill set by completing an apprenticeship in Carpentry. Joanne and her family found themselves itching for a tree change and has recently made the Macedon Ranges their home. Having spent her spare time woodworking, Joanne leapt at the opportunity of completing a Carpentry Apprenticeship and pursue her passion. Harrison is our first school-based apprentice and has been doing an excellent job of managing his Year 12 studies, trade school and onsite training and development.
Update on Harpers
Our Harpers Lane Project is steaming ahead, with the entire frame having been wrapped, roof covered in ply and Fiberglass Asphalt roof shingles currently being installed by ‘Weapon Ed’ – a specialist in his trade who has travelled from New South Wales to complete the works. Exterior stone cladding is well underway and being tediously fixed into place by the wonderful Albion Bricklaying Team.
